Get yours free at: www.usi.gov.au Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): High-visibility safety vest or workwear Steel-cap boots or enclosed safety shoes (no thongs or open-toed shoes) Hard hat (if required for your specific course) Clothing Comfortable long pants and shirt suitable for practical, hands-on training Food & Drink Lunch and water bottle (Tea, coffee and water are usually provided, but bringing your own lunch is recommended) Recommended White Card (Construction Induction) — Highly recommended if you already have one Important: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may not be able to join the course. |
| Skills Gained | Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive: • An EWPA Yellow Card (digital and plastic photo ID card) certifying competency in operating Vertical Lifts (VL), recognized nationally by major construction and industrial worksites. • For participants under 18, a Restricted Yellow Card (marked with an ‘R’) will be issued, requiring supervision by an unrestricted Yellow Card holder until age 18, when an unrestricted card can be obtained. • Entry into the EWPA’s online database, providing verifiable proof of training for employers and worksites. |
